If you are looking for a taxi car that comes with great safety, excellent mileage and strong performance, then Maruti Suzuki Dzire Tour S can be a great option for you. Recently, the company has launched the fourth generation of this car in the Indian market.
Design & Look
The design of the new Dzire Tour S has not changed much, but some elements have been added to it which make it more attractive and sporty. Its front grille is given in black-out finish, with Suzuki’s logo in the middle. This car has projector halogen headlights, although it does not have LED DRLs.
To make its look more premium, black door handles and ORVMs have been given. Along with this, it also gets 14-inch silver steel wheels and shark fin antenna, which give it a modern look.
Interior and Features
Its interior is quite similar to the Dzire LXI variant, but some necessary updates have been made in it. It has the facility of manual AC, all four power windows & keyless entry. Apart from this, adjustable front headrests have also been provided in it, which give a more comfortable experience during driving.
Engine and strong mileage
The new Dzire Tour S is available in two engine options – petrol & CNG.
The petrol variant has a 1.2-liter engine, which generates 82 PS of power and 112 Nm of torque. It has a 5-speed manual gearbox, which keeps the driving smooth. Its mileage is 24.69 KMPL, which makes it a great budget-friendly option.
The CNG variant has a 1.2-liter engine, which generates 70 PS of power and 102 Nm of torque. It also has a 5-speed manual gearbox, which keeps the performance of the car better. Its mileage is 33.73 KM/KG, which makes it India’s most mileage giving taxi car.
Price and variants
Maruti Suzuki has priced this car quite affordably, making it a great deal for taxi operators. The petrol variant is priced at Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom), while the CNG variant is priced at Rs 7.74 lakh (ex-showroom).
