Instagram also allows users to download the reels video on its platform. You have to select the reels that you want to save on your smartphone. Tap on the share button and then choose the add to your story option. You will reach to the story section where you can share it as your story.

Here you have to adjust the size of your reels. Once you adjust the size, tap on the three dots at the top of the right corner. Once tap on the save option then your reels will be saved on your device.
